Consumer Debt Help Against Money Collecting Agencies

More and more people are the victims of money collecting agencies. Being used right it is a useful service to help consumers with their debts. A lot of the owners of those agencies have criminal records and they think it is easy money for them having a people harassing agency and not a privilege where they are able to offer community service. It is time governments to protect its tax payers. Although there are some laws for that reason a lot of people are still the victims.

Once upon a time private money lenders or even banks were hiring some thugs, goons or just some criminals to collect their money from the debtors using whatever means were necessary.

Now governments gave their blessings to those money collecting agencies I believe without thinking the consequences of those blessings. You see being bullied from the telephone is more civilized and more humane.

By saying bullied I say it without actually describing the actual dimensions of this huge problem of our society.

The means those agencies use are: offensive and embarrassing language, humiliation, calling really late at night or really early in the morning or even at work, probing the debtor to sell property he owns, psychological pressure. And that's the soft side of them. Some agencies take it a few steps further than that:
private meetings,"advising" the debt owner to commit suicide, public embarrassment and humiliation, use of physical violence, destruction of property and much much more.

There are only two type of people who would work in such an agency: lowlife people haters who would do anything for the commission they get when a debt owner pays and really good caring people who really want to help someone in need and give back to the community. I do not believe there is something in the middle.
